In preperation for the NFL Draft, which begins on next Thursday, I will once again go on the record with my selections based upon who I believe will be available at each of the Chiefs 8 selections. This list was compiled using various sources, including a list of players with whom the Chiefs conducted private post-combine workouts. This list is not meant to be a prediction of the actual picks, rather it is reflective of how what players I would select. So, here it goes:

2nd round, pick 44: Trumaine Johnson, CB Montana
3rd round, pick 74: Alameda Ta'amu, NT Washington
4th round, pick 107: Kelechi Osemele, OG Iowa St.
5th round, pick 146: Jared Crick, DE Nebraska
6th round, pick 182: Darius Fleming, OLB/DE Notre Dame
7th round, pick 218: Jonas Gray, RB Notre Dame
7th round, pick 238: Russell Wilson, QB Wisconsin
